Friday Finds

3 May

Mmmm, pastries of justiceIt’s Friday! Time to feast on the mental equivalent to those delicious looking pastries our Avengers are eyeing up there. Sadly this scene was dropped from the final cut of Iron Man 3.

Deep Stuff

One year ago I left the internet. I thought it was making me unproductive. I thought it lacked meaning. I thought it was “corrupting my soul.”It’s a been a year now since I “surfed the web” or “checked my email” or “liked” anything with a figurative rather than literal thumbs up. I’ve managed to stay disconnected, just like I planned. I’m internet free. And now I’m supposed to tell you how it solved all my problems. I’m supposed to be enlightened. I’m supposed to be more “real,” now. More perfect.

Wait, What?!

Good to Know

Clip of the Week

It’s a day early for me to greet you with a good and proper “May the 4th be with you,” but I thought we should also keep tabs on the base propaganda and slander being perpetuated by our dishonorable enemy in regards to one of our most sacred nerd days (only surpassed by Pi Day [and maybe International Talk Like A Pirate Day, arrrgh.]).
